You Don't Have to Carry This Alone
An 8-week peer support group for anyone navigating infertility — at any stage, with any path to parenthood.
Infertility is profoundly isolating.
It's invisible to the people around you. It's hard to put into words even with those closest to you. And often, the only people who truly understand are others who've walked a similar path.
This group exists for that reason — to sit with others who get it, without judgment, without explanation, just honest conversation about what this journey actually feels like.
What Each Session Looks Like
Check-in: Share where you're at this week, no pressure to say anything you don't want to
Open floor: The conversation grows from what's actually present — we don't work from a script
Real connection: Sit with people who understand the specific weight of this journey
Closing: Leave with something you're taking with you from the evening

Questions
Is this a replacement for my own counselling or medical care?
No. This group sits alongside whatever support you're already receiving — your GP, fertility clinic, counsellor, or other care. It's peer support, not treatment.
Individual/ couple counselling is available through Whispering Hope Therapy if required.
What if I'm at a really early stage and everyone else is further along?
That's fine. During the screening call, we'll make sure the group has a mix of stages — the journey looks different for everyone, and that diversity actually makes for richer conversations.
What if I'm a couple? Do we both have to come?
You're welcome to come together or separately — whatever feels right for you. Some couples come as a pair, others prefer their own space to process.
Is everything confidential?
Yes. What's shared in the group stays in the group. At the first session, we'll go through a group agreement that's clear about this.
What if I need to miss a session?
Life happens. Let me know if you can, but missing one session doesn't mean you're out. The group is designed to hold 8-12 people, so we can weather one person being absent.
What if I'm not sure if this is right for me?
That's exactly what the screening call is for. No judgment, just a genuine conversation about whether this would be helpful for you right now.
