Regardless of what brings you here, sessions at Whispering Hope Therapy feel the same: gentle, unhurried, and led entirely by you. There's no checklist to work through and no expectation of where you'll be by session three.
Some sessions are full of insight and movement. Others are quieter — a chance to simply feel heard without having to do anything with it. Both are valuable. Both are welcome.
I draw on ACT, Narrative Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness — not as rigid frameworks, but as tools I reach for when they feel genuinely useful for where you are. The approach adapts to you, not the other way around.
